Fear can be in two ways, a good one and a bad one. The good one when fear stop people from doing stupid and dangerous things and a bad one, when fear can mess up our plans and regret all life for not doing something we wish. What is fear? Fear is an powerful and healthy feeling. It has a very strong effect on our mind and body and response arises from the perception of danger. What makes us afraid? Fear can create strong signals of response when we're in emergencies which are important because If people didn't feel fear, they couldn't protect themselves from danger. There are also situations when we don't have why to be scared because we are not in danger , is just an imagination of our mind . So this feeling can save our life sometimes and any times to lose an opportunity. So how can we overcome fear? - You have to accept the fear and realize that it's something perfectly normal. - Try to face our fear. - "If you don't try, you will never know". Don't lose your chance because you are scare. - Discuss with a close friend, a family member or even with an specialist about your feat, that is gonna help you for sure. - Do meditation or breathe deep. - Don't put the crash cart before the horse. - Lear from failure and don't make from this the end of the word. - Be brave, have trust in you and the most important forgive yourself.
