II. A general description of business Company S.C. "Monica & Michael" Ltd. was established in 30/01/2012, with a private capital of 400 Lei, registered in the Register of Commerce under no. L xx/xxxx/2010, unique registration code: M xxxxxxx. The main object of the company is "providing the highest quality service in tourism in order to reach a market leader in the area". This includes: hosting tourists for a period of time, full board (3 meals per day) or half board (2 meals a day) and additional services. The building already exists, but is not adapted for such work and investment will focus on arranging them according to standards. Depending on its construction, quality facilities and services, tourist areas must be classified and is assigned a number of daisies. Classification is done by the Ministry of Tourism
